TECHSTYLE Series 2.1 Discussion Forum: Fabpublic! – Talking about Textile, Community and Public Space

‘TECHSTYLE Series’ is a textile focused programme which aims to explore technology in arts and culture, and its relation to the production of subjectivities and social relations. In this second edition, internationally renowned artists, designers, textile specialists, curators, scholars and cultural practitioners from a wide range of disciplines and expertise will gather in Hong Kong to discuss textile intervention to communities within contemporary living, exploring the value and impact that textiles, and its related production, can bring to the neighbourhoods. This programme offers a platform to exchange the challenges in energising and reactivating communities through arts and textiles.
