Guided Experiences at CHAT
Want to better understand the meaning of the artworks and exhibits on view?
At CHAT, we provide 4 types of guided experiences, including ‘Walk-In Guided Tour’, ‘Group Guided Tour’, ‘Learning Tour on Sustainability’ and ‘Self-Guided Tour’. Find the one that suits you best.
1. Walk-In Guided Tour
Walk in and join a free 45-minute guided tour on textile heritage and contemporary art, all under the guidance of our docents. Walk-in registration are conducted on-site at CHAT Reception 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour. First-come, first-served. Please refer to the schedule below:

2. Group Guided Tour
Reserve a 45-minute guided tour for your group and experience the exhibition under the guidance of our docents. The visit can even be extended to include a making workshop! To reserve a tour, please submit your booking form 30 days prior to your intended visit:

*Organisations exempted from tax under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance
If you are visiting as a group of 20 people or more and do not require a Group Guided Tour, please still inform us in advance to make the appropriate arrangements. Please email enquiry@mill6chat.org 30 days prior to your visit.
3. Learning Tour on Sustainability
Sustainability is an important global topic across different disciplines. How should we, Hongkongers and the textile industry take action together? CHAT’s Learning Tour on Sustainability runs for an hour, suitable for students from Primary 4 to university level and corporate ESG taskforce. Please find out more here.
4. Self-Guided Tour
Discover the exhibitions at your own pace with your mobile phone by listening to the audio guide here for free. The essence of the exhibition all in the palm of your hand.
