Takahashi Naotaka lives in Chuo City, Shikoku, Ehime Prefecture in Japan. He has spent more than 40 years producing three-dimensional gold thread embroidery decorations for the local Niihama Taiko Festival. In 2005, he was certified as an ‘Ehime Traditional Craftsman’ and in 2018 he was awarded the ‘Outstanding Skilled Person, Commendation from the Governor of Ehime Prefecture’. In 2020 he received the ‘Award for Outstandingly Skilled Workers (Contemporary Master Craftsman)’ from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan.

Ticketing Arrangements on Weekends and Public Holidays

To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all, CHAT will implement timed admission arrangements on weekends and public holidays until further notice.

Free Ticket distribution begins 30 minutes before each session outside CHAT Shop (G01A). Each person may collect up to 4 tickets. Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

Visiting sessions and ticket distribution times are as follows:

1️⃣ 11:00am – 12:45pm
Distribution starts at 10:30am

2️⃣ 1:00pm – 2:45pm
Distribution starts at 12:30pm

3️⃣ 3:00pm – 4:45pm
Distribution starts at 2:30pm

4️⃣ 5:00pm – 7:00pm
Distribution starts at 4:30pm
