Hong Kong Spinners Limited’s Red Rose labels, CHAT Collection, Hong Kong

Design Your Yarn Label

In the past, many Hong Kong cotton spinners had different labels to brand their yarn products, such as Golden Cup and Golden Race of Nan Fung Textiles; Maple and Twin Beauties of Tai Hing Cotton Mill Ltd.; Red Rose of Hong Kong Spinners Ltd.; Bee and Golden Mountain of Nanyang Cotton Mill. The various labels identified different characteristics of the yarn products, like thread strength, colour, or which fabrics they would be suitable for producing. Explore the labels displayed on the shelf and workshop station, and you can choose a sample and follow the instruction to design your own yarn label.

Ticketing Arrangements on Weekends and Public Holidays

To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all, CHAT will implement timed admission arrangements on weekends and public holidays until further notice.

Free Ticket distribution begins 30 minutes before each session outside CHAT Shop (G01A). Each person may collect up to 4 tickets. Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

Visiting sessions and ticket distribution times are as follows:

1️⃣ 11:00am – 12:45pm
Distribution starts at 10:30am

2️⃣ 1:00pm – 2:45pm
Distribution starts at 12:30pm

3️⃣ 3:00pm – 4:45pm
Distribution starts at 2:30pm

4️⃣ 5:00pm – 7:00pm
Distribution starts at 4:30pm
