Artist Reunion: Yee I-Lann and Collaborating Weavers

In this artist talk, Yee I-Lann and collaborating tikar  (mat) weavers from the communities of Bajau Laut/Sama Dilaut and Dusun/Murut reunite to discuss the creative process of their artworks, the subsequent exhibitions and their collaborations forged under trust and friendship since 2018.

The talk will be conducted through Zoom while being broadcasted at The Hall of The Mills. The event will be followed by the Opening Showcase: Hong Kong Fisherfolk Ballads at The Hall for Summer Programme 2021 Yee I-Lann: Until We Hug Again . Click here for more details of the opening performance.

Ticketing Arrangements on Weekends and Public Holidays

To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all, CHAT will implement timed admission arrangements on weekends and public holidays until further notice.

Free Ticket distribution begins 30 minutes before each session outside CHAT Shop (G01A). Each person may collect up to 4 tickets. Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

Visiting sessions and ticket distribution times are as follows:

1️⃣ 11:00am – 12:45pm
Distribution starts at 10:30am

2️⃣ 1:00pm – 2:45pm
Distribution starts at 12:30pm

3️⃣ 3:00pm – 4:45pm
Distribution starts at 2:30pm

4️⃣ 5:00pm – 7:00pm
Distribution starts at 4:30pm
