With the Sun, She Quells the Night – A Tribute to Rebecca Pan is the first large-scale exhibition dedicated to the Hong Kong cultural pioneer whose career spans across entertainment, music and art, and who continues to inspire emerging talents today.

This catalogue features installation photographs, a walkthrough video, behind-the-scenes materials, as well as extensive essays from CHAT’s Executive Director, co-curators of the exhibition, scholars and journalists. A special section is dedicated to the making of Just Like Snakes, a newly commissioned work by Hong Kong artist Enoch Cheng. The catalogue aims to document a cross-disciplinary exhibition that brought together archival materials and contemporary art, as well as to shed light on the oeuvre and influence of Rebecca Pan.
