On these 3 Sundays, the CHAT Highlights Tour would be extended to also include the CHERRY Draw Frame Demonstration. The CHERRY Draw Frame machine was donated by Tai Hing Cotton Mills Ltd., the last cotton-spinning mill in Hong Kong. It is a draw frame made in Japan in 1962 and constitutes an essential process in production and a witness to Hong Kong’s textile history.
