Make Your Own Holiday Craft (Online)
Welcome the New Year of the Tiger with some paw-some making!
Join us online on the following Thursdays to make auspicious crafts for the New Year. A range of hand-sewing techniques will be taught to tackle these and many other making activities.
On 17 February, participants may choose between two DIY projects to make a whimsical Chinese dragon or a pair of tiger baby shoes.
On 24 February, participants may choose between two colourways (grey with yellow straps or hot pink with green straps) to make the CHAT Originals shoulder bag which is perfect for carrying lai see and personal trinkets.
Upon registration, the making kits will be sent to participants by post and a Zoom link will be shared for the online making workshop.
Experience level: This activity is better suited for participants with some stitching experience but welcomes beginners as well.
Material needed: Participants will be mailed a making kit with all the tools and materials needed (note that delivery takes up to 4 days so participants must sign up by the Saturday before the workshop)
