Curator-Led Tour: Textile Heritage of Hong Kong

Join us for a curator-led tour of CHAT’s permanent display and Snuggle and Stitch: Childhood Textiles of Hong Kong, a special display bringing together local childhood textiles from the 1930s to the 2020s, featuring heirloom garments, ready-made fashion, mass-produced toys, artisanal dolls and hands-on activities.

Bruce Li, curator of the special display, will share stories related to the precious items on view and insights into the behind-the-scenes curation process. 

This session will be hosted in Cantonese.

Ticketing Arrangements on Weekends and Public Holidays

To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all, CHAT will implement timed admission arrangements on weekends and public holidays until further notice.

Free Ticket distribution begins 30 minutes before each session outside CHAT Shop (G01A). Each person may collect up to 4 tickets. Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

Visiting sessions and ticket distribution times are as follows:

1️⃣ 11:00am – 12:45pm
Distribution starts at 10:30am

2️⃣ 1:00pm – 2:45pm
Distribution starts at 12:30pm

3️⃣ 3:00pm – 4:45pm
Distribution starts at 2:30pm

4️⃣ 5:00pm – 7:00pm
Distribution starts at 4:30pm
