CHAT with Artist: Kingsley Ng

CHAT Summer Programme 2024 features the solo exhibition Listen to the Sound of the Earth Spinning by Hong Kong media artist Kingsley Ng. The exhibition includes both new renditions of earlier projects and new commissioned works of Ng.

In conversation with Ng, Agnes Lin, the Founder and Director of Osage Art Foundation as well as a long-time supporter of Ng’s work, will recall the experiences of their collaborations over the years. Together, the two speakers will share fascinating insights into Ng’s art installations and new perspectives on media art in Hong Kong.

The sharing will be moderated by Takahashi Mizuki, curator of the exhibition, and conclude with a Q&A session.

Ticketing Arrangements on Weekends and Public Holidays

To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all, CHAT will implement timed admission arrangements on weekends and public holidays until further notice.

Free Ticket distribution begins 30 minutes before each session outside CHAT Shop (G01A). Each person may collect up to 4 tickets. Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

Visiting sessions and ticket distribution times are as follows:

1️⃣ 11:00am – 12:45pm
Distribution starts at 10:30am

2️⃣ 1:00pm – 2:45pm
Distribution starts at 12:30pm

3️⃣ 3:00pm – 4:45pm
Distribution starts at 2:30pm

4️⃣ 5:00pm – 7:00pm
Distribution starts at 4:30pm
