CHAT Reads

Interested to explore more about the artworks and artists on view in the current exhibition? Step into CHAT Reads to pick up a publication, sit down and develop new understandings of textile and art.

This reading shelves presents a non-circulating library of publications with varying levels, relating artists and artworks with one another and with topics beyond the gallery space. Publications are thoughtfully chosen to reflect an array of media, languages, regions and perspectives. All are welcome to enjoy reading for free.

Ticketing Arrangements on Weekends and Public Holidays

To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all, CHAT will implement timed admission arrangements on weekends and public holidays until further notice.

Free Ticket distribution begins 30 minutes before each session outside CHAT Shop (G01A). Each person may collect up to 4 tickets. Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

Visiting sessions and ticket distribution times are as follows:

1️⃣ 11:00am – 12:45pm
Distribution starts at 10:30am

2️⃣ 1:00pm – 2:45pm
Distribution starts at 12:30pm

3️⃣ 3:00pm – 4:45pm
Distribution starts at 2:30pm

4️⃣ 5:00pm – 7:00pm
Distribution starts at 4:30pm
