A Voice in Bloom: Flower Arranging with Fabric

$80 | RSVP

Have you ever thought of expressing yourself through flowers?

Ikebana, which roughly translates to ‘giving life to flowers’, is the Japanese art of flower arrangement. In this workshop, you will explore this meditative and free-form expression with renowned floral artist Makiko Morange. Pairing seasonal blooms with recycled textiles, you will craft a personal masterpiece that gives voice to your thoughts and feelings.

No prior experience is required – simply come to enjoy an afternoon of mindfulness and creative discovery. After the session, you can take home a unique piece of flower art, bringing a lovely touch of nature into any space.

Experience: No prior making experience is required. Suitable for participants aged 10 to 25.
Materials: Please bring a washed, recycled 1L drink carton box with you to the workshop. All other tools and materials are provided.
Language: English with informal Cantonese interpretation
