MYO Everyday Trousers in Marimekko Fabric
Ever dreamt of making your own clothes? In this workshop, participants will learn to follow a simple pattern to make a versatile pair of trousers. With an elasticated waist, wide pockets and roomy fit these trousers can be styled for many occasions and will become your everyday uniform. Inspired by the geometric cuts of many traditional Asian wardrobes, this basic shape can be worn by everyone and is easily adapted to reflect your creativity and fashion flair. During the workshop, participants will learn to sew the garment by themselves.
Experience level: This activity is better suited for participants with some sewing experience but welcomes beginners as well. Suitable for participants aged 16 or above.
Materials: CHAT will provide a selection of lightweight cotton poplin in a varied range of Marimekko prints. All other materials will be provided. Please note the quantities of each print are limited and will be assigned on a first come first served basis.
Fee (applicable for a single registration): HK$1,200 per head, 8% off for 2 persons or more joining together
