Indigo Coat Rack Woodworking Workshop

Want to build your own wooden furniture?

Step into the innovative world of craftsmanship with us and join the wooden coat rack making workshop with local artist studio Mudwork. Participants will learn to craft and build a full-size wooden coat rack with adjustable hooks and paint it with naturally grown indigo and natural dyes. Indigo is not only a vibrant dye for textiles, but a natural wonder with insect-repellent properties and antibacterial compound that can prolong the lifespan of your creation.

Join us and discover the joy of indigo by fashioning a functional and eco-friendly creation that is truly one-of-a-kind for your home!

Experience level: Suitable for participants aged 8 or above. Children under 12 should be accompanied by an adult.

Materials needed: All tools and materials will be provided.

Ticketing Arrangements on Weekends and Public Holidays

To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all, CHAT will implement timed admission arrangements on weekends and public holidays until further notice.

Free Ticket distribution begins 30 minutes before each session outside CHAT Shop (G01A). Each person may collect up to 4 tickets. Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

Visiting sessions and ticket distribution times are as follows:

1️⃣ 11:00am – 12:45pm
Distribution starts at 10:30am

2️⃣ 1:00pm – 2:45pm
Distribution starts at 12:30pm

3️⃣ 3:00pm – 4:45pm
Distribution starts at 2:30pm

4️⃣ 5:00pm – 7:00pm
Distribution starts at 4:30pm
