CHAT’s community programme Seed to Textile artist Eastman Cheng and community partners from Tsuen Wan created large-scale tapestries with needle punching embroidery, utilising yarns hand-dyed with natural materials. The community partners, who are a group of women new to the city, will transform into tutors and share the techniques and joy of needle punching.
