Since its inception in Pontianak, West Kalimantan in 2021, the collective Susur Galur has been weaving together threads of the past and present through interdisciplinary practices. Rooted in cultural enquiry, their work blurs boundaries between art, research and everyday life, thus bringing new meaning into how we connect, remember and create. From preserving forgotten narratives to curating vibrant art programmes, they cultivate spaces for shared knowledge through research, artistic projects, workshops, festivals and exhibitions.
