Lau Tin Ming

Lau Tin Ming graduated from the University of Hong Kong, majoring in Art History and Comparative Literature. He has over a decade of yoga teaching experience with dedication in planning and implementing arts education programmes. His practice aims at using yoga to explore the interrelationship between body, breathing and mind, and to promote mindfulness practices in diverse communities.  

He was the project director of the Jockey Club Dance Well Project, providing regular creative dance sessions for people with Parkinson’s disease and diverse audiences with Hong Kong Academy of Academy for Performing Arts, local and international artists. He is now the artistic director of the Jockey Club ‘FreeFlow’ Body Movement Project partnered with Cloud Gate Dance Theatre of Taiwan, dance artists from Hong Kong and non-profit organizations aiming to explore young female identity in contemporary society through body movement.

Ticketing Arrangements on Weekends and Public Holidays

To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all, CHAT will implement timed admission arrangements on weekends and public holidays until further notice.

Free Ticket distribution begins 30 minutes before each session outside CHAT Shop (G01A). Each person may collect up to 4 tickets. Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

Visiting sessions and ticket distribution times are as follows:

1️⃣ 11:00am – 12:45pm
Distribution starts at 10:30am

2️⃣ 1:00pm – 2:45pm
Distribution starts at 12:30pm

3️⃣ 3:00pm – 4:45pm
Distribution starts at 2:30pm

4️⃣ 5:00pm – 7:00pm
Distribution starts at 4:30pm
