CHAT x BOOKNITURE Limited Edition
Enjoy this original fabric with an origin story from Hong Kong. Commissioned by CHAT for the special display ‘Patternways: Visualising Hong Kong in Transition’, this fabric titled Shared Routes was designed by Rachel Wood from the United Kingdom and printed by Akosombo Industrial Company Limited in Ghana, two parties once part of a wax printing operation founded in Hong Kong. Now, the fabric is transformed into a portable and multifunctional furniture in collaboration with local design collective BOOKNITURE.
