Rambling City: Animal Miniature Parent-Child Workshop
Artist Maggie Chu invites parents and children to create miniature animals while embarking on a refreshing urban adventure.
Through model building and paper sculpting, Chu will guide children to create adorable 3D animals such as beetles, frogs and dolphins from images of Hong Kong’s urban landscape. Participants will place their miniature creatures in a city model pre-built by the artist and take home a unique creation in A3 size (29.7 x 42 cm) after the workshop.
Take a well-deserved break after the exam period and rediscover Hong Kong by unleashing your imagination!
Experience level: Suitable for children aged 6 or above, to be accompanied by an adult.
Materials needed: All materials will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own printed photos to incorporate into the model.
